Answer: Snowmobiling, of course. Did you know that Minnesota has 23,000 miles of snowmobile trails to travel?

Lottery proceeds, distributed through the Natural Resources Fund, have helped grow these trails so this sport can be enjoyed by Minnesotans all across the state.

Minnesota’s extensive state park and trail system is the second oldest in the country, with our first state parks dating back to the late 1800s. Minnesota currently boasts 75 state parks and 23 state trails across the state.

Tony Webster, Wikimedia Commons Two people have started 2021 as millionaires (well, pre-tax millionaires) after winning seven-figure sums in the Minnesota Millionaire Raffle. The Minnesota Lottery announced that two tickets have won $1 million in the New Year's Day raffle, with a further five players holding tickets worth $100,000. Camhong Ly, 46, of Minneapolis, won the other $1 million Millionaire Raffle prize. Ly bought the ticket at the Cub Foods at 3245 County Road 10 in Brooklyn Center. The raffle, begun in 2006, sells. The Minnesota Lottery attempts to ensure that the winning numbers and jackpot amounts are posted correctly. However, posted numbers are unofficial. The only official source for verifying winning numbers on a player’s ticket is through the Minnesota Lottery’s central computer system.
